I think I gave my son the wrong dose of Tylenol, what should I do?

My 21 month old boy had a fever yesterday and I just realized that I gave him a 240mg dose of tylenol instead of the 160mg I should have (he weighs 11kg). It only happened once because I realized my mistake this morning.
