What can I do to boost my 6-year-old daughter's immune system?

Hello, my daughter has frequent colds, not to say all winter, would probiotics be good for her? Or what do you recommend to reduce it? I have tried lechinacee but it doesn't seem to work for her...also she has been taking lax-à-Day since she was a baby due to severe constipation, are probiotics and lax together a contraindication?

Thank you for your question!
There is no product, vitamin or supplement that has been shown to be effective or beneficial for the immune system in adults and children.
Instead, we should look at non-pharmacological measures:
make sure your child is getting plenty of fruits and vegetables, adequate sleep, and good stress management if possible, among other things. If one of the children or members of the household is sick, simply maintain basic hygiene measures: avoid hugging if possible, do not share towels, and wash them often.
Finally, if your child is prone to colds, I strongly suggest, for maintenance and prevention, sinus hygiene with a saline solution like Hydrasense or Sinus Rinse.
This is the best option to prevent the accumulation of secretions. There is no maximum during the day, but it should be done at least 30 minutes before bedtime.
I hope I've been helpful, and I'm available if there's anything I can do

But if I give him probiotics and his lax a day, is there an interaction? Can probiotics be constipating?

More often, probiotics can cause diarrhea, but constipation is sometimes reported. No interaction with Lax-A-Day, but if the latter causes diarrhea, this could eliminate the probiotics more quickly.
