When I take it at 6:30 am and I fall asleep around 9-10 pm, but I always wake up between 1 and 3 am and I can't fall asleep before a little while

Hello Sir,
If your doctor has prescribed one to two tablets to be taken, you can try to increase the dose gradually from 1 to 1.5 tablets
Having said that, I recommend that you discuss this with your pharmacist first as he/she has more information about your conditions and needs.
