Hello Mrs
Whatever the age and whatever the product used, the dose of Tylenol and Advil is given according to the child's weight.
For Tylenol, the dose is 10 to 15 mg of medication per kg of the child's weight every 4 to 6 hours if needed, for a maximum of 5 times per 24-hour period.
For Advil, the dose is 5 to 10 mg of medication per kg of the child's weight, every 6 to 8 hours if needed for a maximum of 4 times in a 24 hour period.
If you give me your child's weight, as well as the concentration of the product you have, I could calculate the dose for you :)
Otherwise, keep in mind that only one of the two products should be used for fever, they should not be combined or alternated unless under medical supervision.
Sincerely

Thanks for the feedback!
For Tylenol 80mg/ml: 2ml every 4 to 6 hours, maximum 5 times per 24 hours
For Advil 40mg/ml: 2.5ml every 6 to 8 hours, maximum 4 times in a 24 hour period.
Do not forget to shake these products well because they are in suspension, and ideally give the Advil with food or milk to reduce the risk of stomach irritation. Finally, I want to reiterate that you should not combine or alternate them. Only one of the two medications should be enough to reduce the fever. If this is not the case, you should consult a doctor.
