I have regurgitation and flatulence, what should I take?

Since the removal of my gallbladder in 2015, my problems with indigestion, regurgitation and flatulence have been accentuated. I am also always concerned about whether my digestive system is digesting protein and absorbing all the vitamins and minerals my body needs.

Hello sir, thank you for your question!
The gallbladder is mainly useful for digesting fats, which can cause indigestion in some people. The first recommendation is to reduce the consumption of high-fat foods. To this end, a consultation with a nutritionist to customize a diet guide that will be realistic for you is a good option
.
What I can advise in the meantime is to keep a diary of what you eat to compare to the occurrence and severity of your symptoms. After a few weeks you may be able to identify foods that should be reduced or avoided.
As for the detection of a deficiency, it is done with a blood test. Your doctor may ask for one depending on his assessment of your condition and his clinical judgment.
I hope this article has been helpful to you. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions
