While waiting for my osteo appointment tomorrow, can I combine Aleve with Lamaline as well?

Hello, Can you confirm that the active ingredient in lamaline is acetaminophen (or paracetamol)? If so, yes you can, but a combination of ibuprofen (similar to Aleve) and methocarbamol, a muscle relaxant, might be more relieving in the meantime.
