Hello,
In order to help you the best I can, I need to validate some elements.
Do you have an appointment with your doctor?
Has your pharmacist prescribed blood tests and/or planned a decrease in your Synthroid dose?

pharmacist and dr prescribed me 100 & 112. To alternate since 112 was too much
blood test planned for August (6 weeks) afterwards
when should the side effects stop?

Normally, if the adjustment has just been made, it may take a few weeks for it to subside
For shaky hands, there is a treatment that can be prescribed by your doctor to relieve the symptom until the hyperthyroidism is over. For the nausea, your pharmacist can prescribe a treatment
I hope this answers your question.
