I take Asaphen (80mg) and Amlodipine (2.5mg) every morning. Is there any contraindication if I want to take advils or tylenol?

Hello,
There is no contraindication to taking Tylenol at the same time as amlodipine or Asaphen. However, you must be careful when using Advil, which can contribute to raising your blood pressure. If your blood pressure is well controlled, a few days of Advil should not cause problems. However, if your blood pressure is not well controlled or you have a history of heart disease, Advil should be avoided
What exactly is it for?

Asaphen and Amlodipine are used to improve blood circulation due to Raynaud's disease

Okay, thanks for the clarification. Amlodipine is most often prescribed for blood pressure, but it is also very useful for Raynaud's Disease. In that case, you can safely take Advil as well.
