My joints crack a lot when I train. What to do?

Hello Ma'am,
Adapted exercise and flexibility gains might help. That said, I usually recommend seeing a physical therapist so we can look at the joints and make sure this is the right plan. The physio might also recommend some very targeted strengthening exercises to make sure we don't injure ourselves further.
