I take amoxicillin and I have red spots on my body and face?

I started taking Amoxi penicillin antibiotics and since this morning I have red bumps on my body and tonight I have red and swollen patches on my face. Should I stop taking the medication and what should I do to stop the reaction? Is tomorrow too late to take benadryl?
