Can Ozempic cause vomiting, diarrhea and heartburn?

I started taking ozempic a month ago and for the past week I have been experiencing vomiting, diarrhea, heartburn and acidity. What should I do? Should I stop the medication? Will it pass? Pepto bismol or zantac do not work.
