I have bleeding after forgetting to take my pill, what should I do?

I take the birth control pill continuously. I forgot one day, 2 days ago, and today I had bleeding. Should I stop it for a few days, or should I continue as usual?

Hello, ma'am,
Would it be possible to know what contraceptive you are taking, if you had taken it for at least 21 consecutive days before you forgot, and if you had unprotected sex?
Thank you

Thanks for the feedback!
Having said that, forgetting to take Jencycla at any time during the pack can greatly compromise its effectiveness. I strongly advise you to go to your local pharmacy for a short consultation with the pharmacist to assess the appropriateness of taking emergency oral contraception.
As for the bleeding, it usually gets better on its own, and you can continue taking Jencycla if you are willing to do so.
Sincerely
Tom Samaha, pharmacist
