Should I be concerned if we have been trying to conceive for 3 months without success?

I stopped the pill in the middle of the pack 3 months ago but I still remain regular. Hello, it will soon be 4 months that my husband and I are trying to have a baby but at the end of each cycle I end up having my period. Should I worry about my fertility and that of my partner? Thank you

I am also taking lacmictal 175gr. I'm worried about whether it's worrisome when trying on baby.

Hello ma'am, thank you for your question!
While it can be frustrating, it does not necessarily indicate a problem! It can take up to 1 year to conceive, even in perfectly healthy young people. The best thing to do is to continue to find your most fertile time of the menstrual cycle and have full sex regularly.
Folic acid supplementation is also suggested: your pharmacist/newsagent will be able to prescribe this if you wish.
When possible, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, make sure you get regular moderate-intensity exercise, promote an environment and activities that allow for healthy stress management, and try to get at least 7-8 hours of restful sleep.
For Lamictal, it is not suggested that you discontinue it if it is doing a good job of controlling your condition, you will only need to mention it to your doctor at follow-up appointments.
Hopefully, this has been helpful to you, please do not hesitate if you have any further questions!
