I stopped the contraceptive pill in April, but my cycle varies between 47 and 83 days since then, is this normal?

Hello Ma'am,
There's not much you can do to regulate a menstrual cycle, unfortunately (except take a birth control pill...).
So, the best thing for your situation is to simply have sex regularly every other day or so.
If you and your partner have been trying to conceive for a year (next April), then we can talk to a doctor about this irregular cycle.
Happy day,

I worked as a pharmacist in the emergency department of the Granby Hospital for 6 years before dedicating myself to Ask your Pharmacist. I completed my education in telehealth at Jefferson University in Philadelphia and are recently completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Informatics at Université de Sherbrooke.
