The Virta app is only available in English in the United States at this time. However, the ketogenic diet can be started without using the app. To do so, I recommend that you consult a nutritionist/dietitian so that she can introduce you to the concept of the ketogenic diet and provide you with support similar to what patients who use the Virta app in the US receive.
