Can the appearance of large mouth ulcers be the result of an allergic reaction to fluconazole?

Hello, I have been having major mouth ulcers for a few times now (palate, tongue, mouth mucosa). During my last attack, I took fluconasole in tablet just before and it started to tingle on my lips. I was wondering if all my attacks could be related to this medication?

Hello!
Some medications can indeed cause mouth ulcers. Fluconazole is not known to be a drug that can cause mouth ulcers usually.
Has it happened every time I've taken fluconazole in the past, or is this the first time?
If a seizure occurs every time, it would indeed be quite difficult not to incriminate the drug. However, this would be a fairly uncommon reaction. It would also be strange if the only "allergic" reaction were canker sores. In the case of an allergy, it would be more likely to see inflammation in the mouth, difficulty breathing or red patches on the skin.
If not, have you taken any other medications recently, or do you have any medical diagnoses?

I've had several seizures, but I'm trying to remember if each time it did it with taking the medication... I'm not taking any new medications or diagnoses, I'm on hold to see an internal medicine doctor, but since I had noticed lately a connection between the 2, I wanted to ask a professional.

Thanks for the clarification!
The relationship between fluconazole and canker sores is not totally impossible, but it would be quite curious. If you ever have to take it again, you should look for them.
If you want to relieve the pain, you can take Advil or Tylenol. There is also an over-the-counter product called Orabase. It's a paste that you put on the sores in your mouth to act as a protective shield to prevent too much friction, which reduces the pain.
