Hello! I'm 21 years old and I'm writing to you today because I've been having headaches every day for the past few months. I went to the doctor at the end of the summer and he examined me and everything was fine. Every day I have headaches that come and go, I liked the same place on my head, it's like cramps or blows ... it lasts a few minutes and it starts again it can come 3-4 times a day. I also feel a great stiffness in the jaw near the right ear.Sometimes I feel a pressure as if my muscles around my head are always tense (like when we raise our eyebrows) and I have to concentrate to keep my head muscles "soft" and relaxed. I am already anxious by nature, especially about my health, knowing that my wisdom teeth are growing and that I clench my teeth during the night, I wondered if all this could be the cause of my headaches?

Hello Ma'am,
I can confirm that constantly clenching your teeth and bruxing can cause headaches, yes. This is especially true when you always feel stiffness in your facial muscles.
I recommend that you discuss with a dentist what solutions are available to you to reduce your symptoms.
