Can I take an antihistamine if I am pregnant and taking maxeran and Diclectin?

Hello. I am in my 2nd trimester and I am taking maxeran and diclectin. I am also epileptic, so I am also taking lamotrigine. I am invited to a friend's house who has two dogs and I am allergic. Can I also take an antihistamine? Thank you.
