Hello! I have already taken the pill for the treatment of chlamydia in one dose. However, I had diarrhea a few hours (about 3-4 hours) afterwards. I did not vomit.

Hello, I assume the antibiotic you are referring to is Azithromycin. Diarrhea is a common side effect of most antibiotics and does not usually affect their effectiveness. Therefore, the dose you took is considered effective and you do not need to take any additional steps. As a reminder, the sexual abstinence period should be 7 days following the start of the antibiotic treatment and until the symptoms have completely disappeared.
