Hello Ma'am, I'm sorry to read about your troubles!
Non-pharmacological avenues should be pursued in addition to pharmacological options
In the case of a recent injury or an injury resulting from repetitive motion (often the source of tendonitis), the application of ice in a wet towel can greatly help relieve pain and other markers of inflammation. I suggest applying it for 1-15 minutes at a time, as often as needed throughout the day.
Also, I strongly suggest that you consult a physiotherapist: they are the best professionals to assess the pain and develop a realistic treatment plan for you to treat the problem and prevent recurrence in the future. Most group insurance plans cover this type of service.
Going back to medications, the Tylenol/Advil combination can help with pain, but it may not go from 5-7/10 to 0/10. If your pain score is at least decreased to 3 or 4, allows you to perform the majority of your daily activities, it is considered a success. Pain often indicates the presence of an injury, and it is unlikely that pain will go to 0/10 as long as there is damage to the tissues involved. To that end, I reiterate my recommendation for a physical therapy consultation.
I hope that I have been helpful to you and remain available if you have any further questions

Thanks for the feedback!
Without being able to make a diagnosis, it is possible that the structures are not completely healed or that a compensation has contributed to the reappearance of the pain. Your physio will be able to see more clearly and adjust the shooting, if necessary.
