Can Tylenol Arthritis be taken for diabetic neuropathy or osteoarthritis?

Hello, a doctor diagnosed me with osteoarthritis in my spine, according to him, this could be the source of my permanent numbness in one foot that occasionally goes up to my calf, to the point that it wakes me up. Anti-inflammatory medication taken as needed (not very effective)

Hello Sir,
Yes, you could try Tylenol, although its effectiveness in relieving this type of pain (osteoarthritis or diabetic neuropathy) has not been concretely demonstrated.
I would like to suggest checking with your pharmacist to see if this medication is compatible with your other medications, but also to consult a physical therapist. They are the professionals best suited to assess the pain and develop a realistic treatment plan for you. The goal of pain management is not only to decrease pain but more importantly to preserve your activity level or improve it.
I hope this has been helpful, please feel free if you have any further questions!

Thank you for your reply, I have already met in the past with a physiotherapist, I will get in touch with him, I must say that I had already thought of trying acupuncture too, one does not prevent the other.

Actually, one doesn't prevent the other!
Good luck!
