Can I take anti-allergies when I am pregnant? If so, which ones?

Anti-histamines such as Aerius, Claritin and Reactin among others are safe during all trimesters of pregnancy :)

Just make sure you only take the product containing the anti-histamine, not the one combined with a decongestant. Your pharmacist will be able to show you these if you are unsure.
