Nausea is a possible side effect and not worrisome with Vyvanse since it tends to improve with time, taking it helps too. What is a little more worrisome is chest pain. This is a rarer but potentially more serious side effect. The first thing to do would be to stop the vyvanse for a day or two and see if the side effect goes away. If it does, the drug is probably responsible and the pharmacist who gave you the prescription could contact the doctor to find alternatives. Otherwise, if the pain persists I think it would be necessary to see a doctor quickly to make sure it is not something more serious.
