Can I take Hemovel with Anodan?

Yes, you can try Hemovel while following the instructions on the manufacturer's package. You can continue Anodan at the same time without any problem, which you can apply 2 times a day and after bowel movements.

If the problem stems from constipation or diarrhea, this is what you will need to address in order to give the hemorrhoids a chance to heal. Avoid straining at the stool, get up from the toilet as soon as you finish, and use wet wipes for cleansing to reduce irritation.

Do you have this problem because you had to strain to have a bowel movement, do you suffer from constipation? Or is it because of diarrhea?

In fact, constipation is one of the most common causes of hemorrhoids.

If you haven't already done so, I suggest increasing your fiber intake (whole grains such as brown rice, brown bread, fruits & vegetables, enriched cereals, etc.) and drinking plenty of fluids to help soften the stool. Moderate exercise, 30 minutes a day if possible, can also help.

I also suggest having a bowel movement as soon as you feel the need. After a bowel movement, get up from the toilet directly: many people read the newspaper or use the phone, but this sitting position is the worst for hemorrhoids. If you have to strain, stop, get up and try again later.
