Nursing blister. What can I apply or do to make it go away?

Hello! My daughter is 6 months old and is exclusively breastfed. For several weeks now, I've had very intense pain at feeding time because I have a rather large nursing blister (white spot on the nipple). It is really painful. I put olive oil to try to soften the skin and hot showers to naturally try to get it to go away. Nothing to do. I also have Dr. Newman's ointment and all sorts of creams.

Good morning, ma'am,
If the Newman ointment was not effective, unfortunately you will need to consult a physician to properly assess the injury and not delay its management.
I'm sorry I can't be more helpful at this time, the situation you describe is beyond what can be addressed on this platform.
