My friend is pregnant and has a beautiful pregnancy. However, for the past few days she has had acid reflux in the evening which prevents her from sleeping.

I suggest that you invite her to consult her pharmacist, who will conduct a brief consultation to assess the situation and propose effective and safe options with her other medications and history, in addition to ensuring a close follow-up with her.
