Is the rash on my daughter's body contagious?

Spontaneous rash that stings big red patch girl 4 years old, with benadryl and cortisone cream small pimple (like heat pimples) the situation improves. No fever. Complains of occasional stomach ache and sore throat. Since the situation is improving, can I return my daughter to daycare? Do I need to see a doctor to find out if it is a childhood illness?

Thank you for the information. I am reassured that you report an improvement in the situation and a good general condition. Continue with the Benadryl (if it doesn't cause too much drowsiness or excitement) and the application of unscented moisturizer like Aveeno as often as needed

Is your daughter still complaining of a sore throat? Does she have other symptoms such as a runny or stuffy nose?

No other symptoms. She tells me that her throat is no longer sore at this time.

How much longer do I continue the benadryl?

I could return her to daycare tomorrow since she has no other symptoms?

Thanks for the feedback! If it continues to improve, I don't see a problem with returning to daycare tomorrow. Benadryl can be continued as needed (redness, itching).

Some small pimples like this. But with a dose of benadryl it disappears almost everywhere. It's strange
