I am wondering if I can have a glass of wine once in awhile, while taking Itraconazole?

Hi Madam, 

Itraconazole is an antifungal agent. It can cause damage to the liver. Therefore, it is recommended to avoid alcohol during the treatment as much as possible. If one glass of wine is taken during the whole treatment, it is acceptable.
