I would suggest to go get a blood test done to make sure your anemia is controlled and to check if you may have diabetes.
The most common signs and symptoms of type 2 diabetes can include the following:
unusual thirst
frequent urination
weight change (gain or loss)
extreme fatigue or lack of energy
blurred vision
frequent or recurring infections
cuts and bruises that are slow to heal
tingling or numbness in the hands or feet

Hi. Thank you, I will try to do that. But to get a blood test, I need a letter from the doctor right?
Where can I make an appointment?

Yes, you need to get a requisition from a doctor. Either call your family doctor or if you do not have one, you'll have to take an appointment at a walk-in clinic.
Go to clicsante.ca and you can get an appointment there.
