Good evening ma'am,
We always give the Tylenol™ at 5 o'clock and the Advil at 6 o'clock.
When combining the two, it is easiest to alternate one and the other every 3 hours:
- Tylenol at 8:00 am;
- Advil at 11:00 am;
- Tylenol at 2:00 pm;
- Advil at 5:00 pm;
- ....
