Hello, I forgot my contraceptive pill (leeloo g) on Friday so I took it on Saturday at the same time as the one I took on Saturday (so 2 pills at the same time) and I had unprotected sex this Sunday afternoon I forgot the 7th pill... and it's my only forgetfulness

Hello, It depends on which pill is in the box (1st of the box? 1st, 2nd or 3rd week?), and also if this is your only forgetfulness of the month. If you have been taking the pill for more than a month (not your first box), and that it is not the first pill of the box nor in the first week, and that you did not have another omission in the month, you are still protected If not, (more than one missed pill, 1st pill of the box or within the 1st week) I suggest you make an appointment at the pharmacy for a more thorough evaluation. I don't think the morning-after pill is necessary, you are not in a risky moment of the cycle.
