Is there an interaction between mirtazapine and the medications I am taking (lamictal and quetiapine)?

Hello, I had an epileptic seizure last year and I have been taking lamictal since then (75mg in the morning + 75mg at night). I also take quetiapine 25 mg at bedtime. I recently stopped using cannabis and I have trouble sleeping, so I take 1mg of ativan at bedtime. I may also have generalized anxiety disorder and borderline personality disorder (insomnia). My pharmacist advised me to see a doctor to get mirtazapine instead of the addictive ativan, but I don't have a family doctor. Obviously, I would make an appointment soon if possible with a doctor without an appointment

Hello !
There are no interactions between Mirtazapine and the medications you are taking (Lamictal and Quetiapine). In fact, Mirtazapine can be prescribed for insomnia instead of Ativan, which can be addictive. I also encourage you to discuss this with a physician.
