What is safe during breastfeeding for seasonal allergies?

Hello, I have very strong seasonal allergies right now. (Nose, eyes and tingling in the throat). I was wondering what is safe to use while breastfeeding. Thank you very much .

Hello ma'am, Anti-histamines such as Aerius, Claritin, and Reactin are safe while breastfeeding. Also, I suggest nasal hygiene with saline such as Hydrasense or Sinus Rinse as often as needed during the day and at least 30 minutes before bedtime. Ideally avoid keeping windows open especially in dry or windy weather. Change your clothes after an outing. If the air is dry in your home, a humidifier may help.
