My allergies are at their worst. I am currently taking reactins but they are not effective. Would another product be better?

Hello Ma'am,
Yes, there are several solutions for you.
The first, and most effective in my opinion, is Flonase™, a cortisone spray to be put in the nose and recently available without a prescription.
Also, we should change Reactine™ to Aerius™ or Claritin™.

I am already taking nasonex on prescription so flonase is forgotten. Is arius or claritin ok to take with a symbicort pump and nasonex?

Effectively, thank you for the information!
Yes, these can be taken with your current medications.
Also of note, if your symptoms that bother you the most are itchy eyes, the doctor could also be asked to prescribe olopatadine. These drops are not paid for by insurance (~$60/month), but it really does make a big difference in these symptoms.
