Hello! For about 3 years now, I have had a stuffy nose when I drink alcohol and when I go to a humid place outside. I have a stuffy nose and I have to blow my nose automatically in the next 15-30 minutes to unblock my nose.

Alcohol can cause blood vessels to dilate, and this can result in nasal congestion. This does not necessarily indicate a problem. I would be in favor of trying a smaller amount next time to assess what happens next.

I understand, this can happen no matter how much you drink. Alcohol dilates the blood vessels and this can cause congestion and other problems.
