What can I do? Do I have to go to a doctor?

I have a few pimples and/or sores around my vagina that have appeared and hurt. I did my STI tests recently and I was negative for everything and I have the same sexual partner. I feel pressure on my vagina and when I urinate it hurts where the sores are.
