My daughter has been vomiting and has loose stools?

Hello, my 3 year old child has been vomiting for 5 days and since then I thought it was a gastrointestinal illness. She used to vomit after meals and had liquid stools but now she only vomits in the evening while sleeping (once a day) and still has liquid stools (once a day). She eats all right for this side there is nothing new in her diet and no health problems and her morale is also good maybe just a little more tired.

Hello Ma'am, I am reassured that you report that she is drinking and eating, and that her general condition seems good. To that end, a gastro episode can sometimes be prolonged, but it should not exceed 7 days. If this is the case, as a precaution I suggest consulting a physician to rule out other possible causes.
