My daughter opened the bottom of her foot with a piece of plastic and a small piece of flesh came out Should I go and get stitches or just disinfect it thoughtfully?

Hello Ma'am, did the bleeding stop with the application of pressure?

If so, just keep the area clean with water and mild soap, pat dry, and cover with a bandage. Change the dressing only once a day or more if it becomes soiled.
