Can I play sports after receiving the vaccine?

22 year old male, off meds. Received his second dose of pfizer this Saturday, July 24. It's about the risk of myopericarditis. Can he go jogging anyway, or does he need to take an advil beforehand to prevent heart inflammation? We are lost in this. Thanks
