I have had a sore throat for 6 days, I have had no voice for 24 hours, my ears are blocked since this morning and my right ear is starting to be painful Should I go and see a doctor? Or does it look more like a virus that will go away on its own?

I have been taking extra-strength tylenols for colds and flu every 4 hours since Monday, I gargle my throat with water and salt and I rest! I put cold on my ears at night and I sleep sitting down so that I don't have pressure in my eardrum

Tylenol Cold contains a pain reliever and a decongestant. As such, it should have been effective for your symptoms of congestion, including the blocked ear... If your symptoms last longer than 7 days, or have not improved after that time, you will unfortunately need to see a doctor for a thorough evaluation of your condition and needs.

It usually comes back on its own,

With proper hydration and frequent nasal hygiene.
