My baby has a runny nose and a cough, what should I do?

Hello, for the last 3 weeks my son has had a runny nose and a bad cough. No fever. This morning he woke up with a fever of 39.4 and green boogers. Should I go see a doctor to make sure it's nothing that requires antibiotics? Hello he is 2 and a half years old To date I have been keeping an eye on his general condition and he was fine. This morning I gave him tylenol and he is better now

Hello, ma'am, How old is your son? What have you tried for his symptoms so far? Thank you for your help! Thanks for the feedback. For runny noses, I strongly suggest nasal hygiene with saline solution, followed by a baby wipe, as often as necessary during the day and at least 30 minutes before bedtime . It's a little uncomfortable, but it works like a charm! Encourage him to drink plenty of fluids.
