Do I have to go for a consultation? I took a picture of the thing that came out, should I show it to someone?

Hello,
I had the nexplanon implanted last December 13 and I had not menstruated since. I have a diagnosis of polycystic ovaries. I went into my period 3 days ago and everything was fine until this morning... big menstrual cramp I never had... I threw up from the pain. I managed to take a hot bath and go to bed. It finally went away but I sneezed and felt something fall into my underwear. So I went to the bathroom and I had a lot of blood. When I got up, I saw a big pile of blood/shit I don't know what it is and since then I feel a huge relief.

Hello!
It would be prudent to go see a doctor to have a more thorough physical examination. Even if you get better, we need to know the cause of this unexplained bleeding.
