What could it be? Should I go for a consultation, if so, can it wait until Monday?

Good morning, this morning pimples appeared on both legs of my daughter. She also has two on her face, one on each side. These do not seem to bother her, nor do they seem to scratch her. When she scratches on her leg, it is her eczema patch. The pimples are bulging and reddish, they are also a little warmer than the rest of her skin. She doesn't have a fever, her general condition is great and she sleeps well.

My daughter is known to have quite severe eczema. She takes cortisone 2.5% during skin rashes. Her skin is very fragile/sensitive and she has a pale complexion.
She has no other health problems, but has been reacting lately when we go outside on her legs and she walks in tall grass. These get red, but there are no pimples like today. We haven't done any outdoor activities that are out of the ordinary.
I gave her some Children's Reactin this morning (4ml) and the pimples don't seem to have changed or diminished.
They are pretty hard, but they are not blisters

She told me twice this morning that she has a headache. She is 23 months old

Thanks for the pictures, it helps me to better evaluate. I saw different types of lesions on these. Indeed, we can see the eczema lesions that are apparent. You can also see the pimples that you mentioned. The majority of these pimples really look like insect bites at first glance. One of them, however, has a small white head popping out (as if there was a small infection locally). This one would be something to watch out for, but it must be the same cause as the others. It doesn't look like a reaction to plants either. If it doesn't sting, I wouldn't tend to apply anything (except maybe calamine just in case)
I would suggest continuing to apply cortisone to the eczema lesions and watch for the pimples to develop. It should normally go away after a few days
Also, it is normal that the Reactin did not work right away. The optimal time of action may be longer than Benadryl. However, if it starts to itch a lot, you may want to consider using Benadryl. Although it's numbing, it's more effective for this type of itching
For the headache, it's hard to say at this point whether or not it's related to her other symptoms. However, the headache could be a side effect of Reactin. This symptom too will need to be monitored
Based on what we have discussed, if any of the symptoms develop unfavorably, a doctor will need to be seen for a more complete evaluation
I hope I have covered all your questions.

The only difference between yesterday and today is that she is at "morphe", she says that her pimples are sensitive and she has a slight fever 38.1
Jean-Sébastien Lecompte · 3 years ago
Does she have any other symptoms?
Is she starting a cold or something?
Of course, a fever of 38.1 is still mild. As long as it doesn't exceed 38.5, it's not necessary to go see the doctor immediately. The fact that she is amorphous is still very annoying. Does her fever go down if you give her painkillers?

No she doesn't seem to have any other symptoms or start a cold.
yes, her symptoms seem to subside with tylenol and advil which I give her alternately
Jean-Sébastien Lecompte · 3 years ago
Okay. You can continue to relieve it with Tylenol and Advil, but it will probably need to be seen on Monday actually. With all of what you've told me in this discussion, I think it's warranted that she be evaluated by a physician. If, however, you notice that she is deteriorating significantly tonight or tomorrow, then an emergency room visit would be more appropriate
