Hello Madam, I'm sorry to read about your troubles!
Have you tried anything for this problem?
Is it clogged all day or intermittently? Is it completely blocked or partially blocked?
Do you have any other symptoms such as a stuffy or runny nose, cough, pain or anything else?
Are you currently taking any other medications?
Are you pregnant or trying to become pregnant, or are you breastfeeding?
Do you have any allergies, intolerances or known contraindications?

I had a very bad flu, I still blow my nose a little, I mostly spit out big green sheep especially in the morning ( they are caught in my soft palate) I just finished my amoxilin antibiotic ( something like that) for my ear infection. My nose has been unclogged for about 3-4 days. I take according to vitamins and turmeric no other medication. No I haven't tried anything else, I don't know of anything else to do to unclog an ear. No it is permanently blocked. I hear really less well and the high pitched noises, I hear them with a bit of a chipmunks voice (even higher than they really are). I am not pregnant, not planning to be and no allergies. Thank you

Thanks for the information!
I would be inclined to suggest a decongestant nasal spray like Drixoral or Dristan, but it should not be used for more than 3-5 days. You should also check with your pharmacist to make sure it is safe for you first.
10 to 15 minutes after using the decongestant, I suggest the valsalva maneuver: take a deep breath, then close your mouth and pinch the nostrils of your nose and try to exhale as if you were blowing into a balloon while keeping your lips closed.
If this is not successful after 5 days, you will need to consult again.
I will be available if you have any further questions!
