When should I go see my family doctor?

Hello, my symptoms started on Saturday with a runny nose, then congestion ++. Since yesterday my left sinus is blocked. I tried sinus rinse but it doesn't work. Today, my sinus is unblocked but I have a greenish nasal discharge and a pain in the cheekbone up to the tooth. That's nice but I got my answer. Thank you for your service. Have a nice day.
