My boy has symptoms 4 days after stopping antibiotics?

My 2 year old boy had an ear infection, he started antibiotics. On the 8th day of antibiotics, he had an allergic rash, with the recommendation of a pharmacist we stopped the antibiotics. 4 days after stopping the antibiotics, he started having symptoms again, but he did not have a fever (whereas he did before starting the antibiotics.

You mention that the symptoms, apart from the fever, have returned; what are these symptoms? Is it pain/irritability? Discharge?

Mainly green nasal discharge (it goes slightly up the tear duct to the eyes) and cough, he is also more irritable, but does not seem to complain of pain. His rectal temperature is around 37.8 to 38.2 Celsius

By the way, any rectal temperature over 38 C is a fever. If this value is still exceeded, or if the discharge remains green, not only in the morning, I advise you to consult quickly.
