Do I need to go to the dentist? Is there anything he can do?

My boy's tooth changed color after an accident. He knocked his tooth on his observation tower (made of wood). It is more grey. My boy is 3 and a half years old so it is a primary tooth and not a permanent one.
Should I go see a dentist?
It doesn't hurt and it doesn't look infected.

Hello, a tooth that changes color after a blow indicates necrosis (the death of the tooth). For primary teeth, we do not treat unless there is pain or an infection. Sometimes it is also the unsightly coloring that leads to a consultation. It can be covered up with a filling if it bothers you in a few years.
if you don't see any signs of infection or pain, it's not an emergency to see your dentist. Instead, you can mention it at your next cleaning.
