Hello ! How old is your child? Drinking a lot of water is what helps the most with wet coughs. Good hydration helps to liquefy the secretions and thus facilitate expectoration. However, homeopathic products have not shown any clinical efficacy against cough or anything else. Thus, I do not recommend homeopathy.
