The dentist suggested I do the sinus rinse and take Tylenol. I was wondering if there was anything else I could do to help relieve the pressure in my head and ear

Hello, thank you for your question!
Your dentist has advised you well if sinusitis is suspected. Sinus Rinse can be done as often as needed, there is no maximum during the day. If you are not pregnant or have any contraindications, an anti-inflammatory like Advil could be tried as well
I hope I've been of some help to you, and if you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask!

Hello,
Great, I'm going to take Advil too
Can sinusitis affect my bowel movements? I had very loose stools earlier this week and I was wondering if this could be related
I have IBS but I can't figure out what could have caused me to have an attack at that time.
Thank you so much for your help

Fighting an infection could contribute to or worsen these symptoms. Also, if you have IBS, it may be best to stick with acetaminophen (Tylenol)
