Can I add zopiclone 5 mg to mirtazapine 15 mg when I wake up at night and can't go back to sleep?

I am taking mirtazapine 15 mg for an anxiety disorder with panic attacks. I have a lot of insomnia (I sleep about 4 hours). I had to clonazepam 0,5 mg when needed.

Hello ma'am.
There is no indication or recommendation to combine clonazepam with zopiclone. Have you discussed this issue with your pharmacist?

Hello
i am not taking clonazepan which is only prescribed in case of major panic attacks (so when needed). My question is about mirtazapine 15 mg taken 1 x a day, if I can combine it with zopiclone (7.5 mg) because mirtazapine alone has no sedative effect on me.

Thanks for the clarification!
In this case, yes it is possible to take zopiclone, but as a precautionary measure I would be inclined to take it at half dose, i.e. 1/2 tablet of 7.5mg. We could evaluate what to do next :)
